Sales Support Team Lead

Chane Sales

At Chane, we believe commercial excellence starts behind the scenes. The Sales Support Team Lead plays a critical role in enabling our commercial teams to focus on what matters most: customers, growth, and long-term partnerships.

Do you have experience in the storage, processing, and logistics industry, with a strong interest in the energy transition? Or are you looking for a career in a constantly evolving international environment? Then Chane could be the place for you.

We are looking for engaged colleagues who take proactive initiative and are passionate about their work. In return, we offer a working environment with an open culture that puts our people first. We provide competitive primary and secondary employment benefits, along with plenty of opportunities to support your growth and future success.

Purpose of the role

This is a newly created role with the opportunity to build and shape the Sales Support function from the ground up. You will establish the standards, processes, and governance that create one consistent way of working across Chane, while ensuring the commercial organisation operates efficiently, compliantly, and with strong commercial discipline.

You will lead the operational and administrative backbone of the commercial organisation — from contract structuring and deal governance to bid support and renewals — helping unlock more customer-facing time for Sales and supporting sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth.

Alongside leading the function, you will act as a trusted partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, supporting leadership reporting, Supervisory Board and CLT preparation, and high-priority strategic initiatives. This role requires strong judgement, resilience, executive maturity, and the ability to operate confidently across all levels of the organisation.
